We have over 20 Years experience in the hospitality industry ranging from hotels, pubs, restaurants, bars, hospitals, care homes, school and college catering.

My name is Stuart and It had always been my desire to start a catering business from when I started in the industry 20 years ago.
I am proud to roll all of this experience and practice
into an event catering business to provide a fantastic food and customer service experience for your event!


We have catered for a variety of events in Sussex from large weddings to small buffets
In general we operate mainly in East Sussex in a radius from Eastbourne to Brighton, Crowborough and Hastings but are flexible depending on your event.


All of our larger events have been based at venues that have a kitchen to use as part of the event hire agreement e.g village halls, church halls, community centres, conference centres etc
For cold buffets,finger and bowl food we can provide a delivery service as drop off only if there is limited kitchen facilities
